Who we are
This website is operated by Vitesse Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16074150, registered office 36 Anvil Crescent, Broadstone BH18 9DY. Vitesse Digital Ltd is the data controller for any personal data described on this page and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office. You can reach us at neil@vitessedigital.co.uk.
What this site collects
This site has no accounts and does not set cookies or store anything in your browser. The only personal data it handles is what you choose to send through the contact form or by email.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics in cookieless mode to count visits in aggregate: which pages are read and roughly where visitors come from. Consent Mode is set to denied for all storage and there is no mechanism to change that, so Google Analytics sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, which is why there is no cookie banner. The pings it sends are anonymous and cannot be used to identify or follow you. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in understanding, in aggregate, how the site is used.
The contact form
The contact form asks for your name, your email address and your message. Submissions are delivered to us as an email and are used for one purpose: to reply to you and, if the conversation continues, to carry on the correspondence. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Delivery is handled by our email infrastructure provider acting as our processor; nothing is stored on this website itself. We do not add you to any mailing list and we do not share your details with anyone else. Correspondence is kept for as long as it is relevant to the enquiry or any engagement that follows, and then deleted. The same applies if you email us directly.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or erase personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and to data portability. Email neil@vitessedigital.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies, including for analytics, which is why there is no cookie banner. If that ever changes, this page will say so first.
